The platform uses role-based permissions, so you control what each member (Admin, Member, Guest) can see and do. Your data is not shared publicly or with other properties on the platform.

What if we also rent our property on Airbnb or VRBO?

OurSharedPlace is designed for this common scenario. Optional features allow you to sync your master calendar with major rental platforms to automatically block off booked dates. You can also create a public booking page to showcase your property. These rental-focused tools are disabled by default and can be enabled only if you need them.

You have full access to all core co-ownership tools for 14 days to invite members, set up your calendar, and explore the features. If you choose to continue, the subscription is $79 per year, per property, after the trial period ends.
